Family Support Team Vision Statement
The Family Support Team want every family to have the support they need to enable their child to thrive and achieve by feeling safe in their environment.
We evaluate the emotional and practical need of families, listening to concerns and challenges by working together to recognise strengths and offer support as needed.
We aim to support families to breakthrough barriers of life that may impact them. Engaging the family within school and other services so they are accessing the individual support they need.
As a team we strive to give every family the chance to thrive and achieve the best outcomes for themselves and their children.
We are Early Help at Henley Green primary School.
Early Help is a partnership of organisations that provide help, advice and support to children, young people and families.
The aim of Early Help is to help you as soon as possible and prevent problems from getting worse by providing you support, as early as possible. Early Help services can help families, children and young people - pre-birth to 19 years old and 25 years old where there are special educational needs or disabilities.
