This week is children's mental health Awareness week.

Today we are going to create a happiness jar.  If you haven’t got a jar, you could use a box or a plastic cup.   Your jar will be personal to you.  Write some positive messages about yourself and place them inside your jar.  These can be really simple notes such as: 

  • I am kind. 
  • I am funny. 
  • I can achieve anything. 
  • I am a good friend. 

Next time you are worried or sad, read some of your messages with an adult and remember you are an amazing person!
