This week is Children's Mental Health Awareness Week.
Please share the PowerPoint below with your child and talk about the ways in which we can help keep our minds healthy.
Today we are going to look at who can help you when your feeling sad, worried, nervous or angry. Its important to remember that you can always talk to an adult you trust.
Have a go at drawing around your hand and labelling each finger with a person you trust or somebody that you could ask for help when you need it. You could even draw a picture of them if you wanted to.
