Henley Green’s our place to shine!

Today we are learning about measuring capacity. Click the link below to watch today's lesson.

Ask your grown-up to give you two mystery bags with mystery objects inside. One bag that is heavy and one bag that is light. Talk about these key questions:

  • What do you think could be in each bag?
  • How many objects might be inside?
  • Are heavy things always big?
  • Are light things always small?

Talk about your ideas and draw the object that you think could be in each mystery bag. Then open the bags and see if you predicted right.

Swap roles and allow your child to fill the bags with mystery items and see if you can guess what might be inside.
