Life Skills and Hobbies

Mybluprint is a collection of video classes on everything from cupcake decorating to crocheting via drawing and making paper aeroplanes. All of their online classes are currently free until 16th April. So now would be a great time to learn a new hobby. Be quick because there isn't long before the free period ends. You could write down some of the steps or notes to help you once the free period ends.

My Covid-19 Time Capsule

It may be hard being stuck indoors at home. However, this is part of your History and your children will ask you about this one day. Why not have a look at the time capsule and see what you could record to tell people about this in the future. Even if you don't have a printer, you could still write your thoughts and ideas down on paper.

                                               Red Cross - Kindness Calendar

Why not use this time to think about what you can do to be kind to those around you. Look at the Red Cross Calendar of Kindness and see if you can do one thing each day that is kind and write it down. You can then come and show your teachers your kindness calendar when you are back at school. There are also plenty of other activities you can do on the website about being kind.
